Our 7-Day Promise

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window starting from the date your order is marked as "Delivered" by our courier partner. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or stains, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Request

We have made the process as seamless as possible:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@kashmirikali.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Verification: Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and provide instructions for the return shipment.
  • Reverse Pickup: We will arrange for a courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, we will initiate your exchange or refund.

Refund & Exchange Details

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we will ship the new item once the original has been picked up by our courier.
  • Refunds: If you opt for a refund, the amount (minus any applicable shipping fees) will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, clearance/sale items, and products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your request and ensure a replacement is sent out to you at no additional cost.
