We want your Kashmirikali order to reach you safely and swiftly, wherever you are in India or the world. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of confirmed payment
- During peak festive seasons (Eid, Diwali, Navratri, Dussehra), processing may take 5–7 business days
- You will receive a WhatsApp/email notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India via trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post.
3. International shipping
- USA / Canada / UK / Australia: 10–18 business days | from ₹1,200
- UAE / GCC / Middle East: 7–12 business days | from ₹800
- Other countries: 12–21 business days | calculated at checkout
Important: International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by their country’s customs authority. Kashmirikali is not liable for customs delays or additional charges imposed at destination.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent via WhatsApp and email. Track your shipment on the courier partner’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, please contact us immediately.
5. Delivery address accuracy
- Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering
- Kashmirikali is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

6. Packaging
All Kashmirikali orders are carefully packed in branded packaging to protect the garment during transit. Festive and gift orders are packed with additional care and include a branded brand card.
7. Damaged or lost shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will investigate with the courier and either resend the order or issue a full refund
Note: Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Dispatch from Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
